1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Interior Works mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Interior Works is an offline-first Android application that provides accounting and invoicing tools for
interior designers, contractors, and design studios. The App enables users to:
- Manage project sites and client information
- Create quotations and invoices with PDF export
- Track labour expenses and material purchases
- Manage vendor invoices, advances, and balance payments
- Generate monthly and annual profit & loss reports
- Optionally back up data to Google Drive
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal
Android device for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Data accuracy: Ensuring that all business data entered into the App (client details,
financial amounts, tax calculations) is accurate and complete
- Data backup: Regularly backing up your data. While we provide Google Drive backup
functionality, you are responsible for initiating backups
- PIN security: Keeping your PIN confidential and not sharing it with unauthorized
individuals
- Device security: Maintaining the physical security of your device
- Tax compliance: The App provides GST calculation tools for convenience. You are
responsible for verifying tax calculations and compliance with applicable tax laws
- Legal compliance: Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or money laundering
- Attempt to bypass the PIN authentication or security measures
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
6. Financial Calculations Disclaimer
Important: Interior Works provides accounting and invoicing tools as a convenience. The App
is not a substitute for professional accounting software or the services of a certified
accountant.
- GST calculations are provided for reference only. Always verify tax amounts with your accountant or tax
advisor.
- The App does not file GST returns or interact with any government tax portal.
- Financial reports generated by the App are based on user-entered data and are only as accurate as the data
provided.
- We are not responsible for any financial losses, tax penalties, or legal consequences arising from
incorrect data entry or reliance on the App's calculations.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Interior
Works and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. See our Copyright

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
- Warranties regarding data integrity or loss prevention
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of financial calculations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interior Works shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from data corruption, device failure, or unauthorized access
- Damages arising from incorrect tax calculations or financial reporting
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you
for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interior Works from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising
from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination,
you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device. Sections on disclaimers, limitation of
liability, and indemnification survive termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated
effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising
from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full
force and effect.
